RETURNS / SWAP ITEM(S)
It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. If you would like to change your current item(s) for any other item(s) on our website, please contact us at hello@kingdompetshop.com.
Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged.
We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.
The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.
How to return?
- Notify us to get the return address at hello@kingdompetshop.com mentioning your order number starting with KPS.
- Within 48 hours you will receive the instructions for returning the package.
We will refund your money within 5 business days after receiving the item(s).
CANCELLING ORDER / WRONG ADDRESS
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers.
